During the site visit we explored many options around valuation regarding the purchase of additional land, property extension, renovation and grounds work. A report was swiftly send across covering everything we spoke about and the guide prices that they would be wanting to place on the market. Comparing this experience and the prices suggested, it was clear David wasn't trying to wow me with high price estimates and flashy presentation, and was very real in his opinions and the impacts of renovation and land purchase on the property value. I'll certainly be using there services again in the future.
