Since viewing then started the buying process I have been very happy with Starkings & Watson in Costessey. I have dealt with Sam and Charly and always had quick responses to any queries on the property. In the past 12 months searching for a property I have dealt with a lot of different estate agents and some left a lot to be desired. S & W have been honest and supportive and I recommend them.

I couldn't fault this company at all. I dealt with the Costessey office who were all very knowledgeable. First was a meeting with David (he valued the property) who gave sound advice and told us what to expect. The property was put on the market promptly and I was then in contact with Sam who gave regular updates and offered guidance when needed. Once the property had an offer I received regular updates from Natalie on the sales progression team. The whole team was very efficient always returned calls promptly, were attentive and knew what they were talking about.
