I cannot rate Samuel and the Costessey office highly enough for all the great work they have done when selling my house. From the initial visit to take great pictures, to the well organised visiting sessions with minimal disruption, and finally the assistance with facilitating additional visits and taking meter readings after I had left the country. Despite 2 previous sales falling through due to lack of affordability and a time waster, the team remained focused and used their awareness of potential buyers to secure a 3rd buyer for better than asking price. As first time buyers, we were a bit nervous about getting on the market. We were unsure on the process and the silence from solicitors is sometimes slightly unsettling. Thankfully, we had Charly Newell looking after the sale of the house and we've been more than impressed. Any questions have been answered within a day or so, everything has been chased frequently to ensure it has been a smooth process and constant updates via email/telephone have been provided.
