Curchods are an excellent organisation especially Barbara Courpasson. We started looking for our first house about a year ago. During this time we saw many houses listed from many different agencies. We found most agencies would try to push us to view properties that were a complete waste of time and went for a quantity over quality approach. One agency even took us on a 30 minute drive away from the area we were looking for a "last resort viewing" even though we told them that we were not interested in going that far. We found that Curchods were the only agency that took the time to figure out what we wanted, learn from the feedback we left at the viewing, and improve their recommendations to us. They were never pushy about viewing houses we didn't have interest in. Overall, whilst we did not end up buy a house listed though, were our favorite agency in the area and we would 100% recommend people who are looking to buy a house contact them.
