I’m the owner of the property that the reviews of Federica and Esteve from below referred to. I’m very sad seeing their reviews as they are unfair. It is unfortunate that the sale fell through in the end, but everyone in Curchods involved have been working hard in the last 6 months. When various issues discovered, there were numerous phone calls and emails between us, trying to get the right information as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the management company was too slow to get the section 20 estimated costs before the buyer’s mortgage offer expired. If we did not want to sell the property to them, I could have just withdrawn a lot earlier, rather than waiting for such a long time. In fact, Curchods still attempted to get their mortgage offer extended, but the lender couldn’t do that. Anyway, I don’t think it profitable to go into further details here, I just wanted to say that during this process, Curchods has been always supportive and transparent in various situations. In my opinion, they are professional, genuine and pleasant to work with.
