James was brilliant in helping us with the enquiry we had for Martin & Co who are no longer working from this location. He called their office to try to sort some stuff out. Ben from Martin & Co promised to respond to my email from over a week previously within the next 10 minutes, so we waited at the office for 20 minutes before giving up. It is now 2 hours since then and I still haven't had the response I was promised. I hope the staff at Martin & Co learn to copy James's customer service. It was lots better than anything I have had from their staff.
