I very rarely post reviews but would like to share our positive experience with Whitegates Crewe mainly with James and his Team. James went over and above to help us with our property search and although in times like these, we could trust James to leave our house exactly as it was and were confident that we where safe. Very knowledgeable alongside Meg regarding the property market, always there to assist with prompt advise and very accomodating regarding viewing times etc. In terms of communication, the Team never failed us and is in constant communication with us, which provides us plenty of reassurance on such troubling busy times where it is increasingly difficult to get hold of anyone for an update. Whitegates and one other were used through moving made easy as we were buying a new build. Anyway we pulled out of that house but kept whitegates out of the two while looking for a different property. We found Paul and Connor to be very helpful while going through the sale of our house. My partner and I just moved to the area, buying a house through Whitegates (Meg being our point of contact). It was a real pain NOT related to Whitegates but our solicitors so dragged on a long time, and Meg was always on the phone helping us get it sorted, kept regular communication going between us and the vendors, and to be honest I don't think we would have pulled it off without her.
