Not the best company to rent from. My contract was due to be renewed and as I was buying a place to finally get out of the rent trap I asked if I could go on a rolling contract. I was told the owner of the property didn't want to offer that. (Or was it Martin and co didn't want that as they couldn't charge for a new contract) as I had been living there a couple of years I got to know the neighbor's and as it turns out the knew the owner of the property I was renting through Martin and co and they thought it was out of character for him not to offer a rolling contract to us as we kept the place clean and always payed the rent on time.. they could of been fair to me as I didn't want a 6 month contract when I was moving in 3 months. Also if you rent from them and your contract is due to be renewed and they want to up the rent price question this with them and ask why they want to charge more dont just agree to it as it is just greed on there behalf. Would I rent from them again? No. Would i recommend them? No. You have been warned
