Throughout the purchase of a property that Perry Bishop were selling on behalf of our sellers, they were very professional, prompt and knowledgable. Perry Bishop and in particular Lynn Pimm (Sales Progression Team) offered better guidance, tenacity and wherewithal than our own Estate Agent (Naylor Powell). We had a rude and difficult buyer who clearly could not afford our property, who spent 3 months trying to get a mortgage, lied, tried to bribe us financially, did not apologise and acted in such a way as to jeopardise the purchase of the property we were buying (unduly overly supported at our expense by Naylor Powell) via Perry Bishop. Lynn kept us informed at all times, chased our estate agent and despite acting on behalf of the seller, showed compassion and professionalism throughout a very difficult time. From the moment we made the viewing appointment for the house we now live in, Perry Bishop acted professionally, ensuring we had a Mortgage Agreement in Principle in place when offering and ensured all parties were actively engaged in the process.
