Dear Mrs Jefford, I am sorry that you have posted a negative review about our company and I feel the need to reply to set the record straight for anyone reading it. Trigg & Co successfully sold your property after it had been on the market with another estate agent and remained unsold. You did not raise any complaints until after exchange of contracts when you disputed our bill. We answered your complaint in detail and since you were still dissatisfied, the matter was referred by you to The Property Ombudsman who has investigated your complaint and not found any fault with the way in which we have dealt with your property sale. We encourage all our clients to post reviews and do not attempt to stifle or suppress any criticism if we have been at fault. Our business is built on recommendations from satisfied clients and if we are in the wrong, we will hold up our hands and try to learn from our mistakes. On this occasion however I do not believe your criticism is either warranted or fair.
