We have been landlords in Plymouth for more than 30 years but its our time to get out of this market. I first dealt with Helen Somauroo from DC Lane last year 2024 when we put a Peverell house on the market. I liked her enthusiasm and she was the only agent of the three we contacted who actually pointed out that the house we were intending to sell was three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house went live and we received two offers for the full asking price on the first day. Helen and her team were constantly on our case, in our corner, throughout the sale process, liaising with the two conveyancing teams involved with the sale. DC Lane were absolutely fantastic when I sold my flat through them.
