Offered a viewing on a Sunday which was so handy! Made the entire process of moving really easy. Move-in date was later than expected but I was always kept updated. Helen is lovely, eager to help and very proactive. Also very easily contactable on multiple platforms (phone, whatsapp, email) which is always a plus.

DC Lane found me a suitable tenant for my property very quickly despite it being a couple of weeks before Christmas when my property became available. I had already suffered several setbacks before coming across their office on Mutley Plain and was not feeling very optimistic. However, their positive attitude, enthusiasm and sheer hard work ensured I did not stay that way for long! They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and genuine. They offered useful advice and support and I was made to feel welcome both with my telephone queries and on my visits to their beautifully re-furbished office.
