Really friendly and easy to deal with. No issues at all with viewings and they were more than accommodating! Tara made my first solo housing experience a total breeze. Can't say thanks enough.

I can't recommend Dawsons highly enough. Tara and her team are always professional and reliable and on hand to answer questions. The whole process was made smooth and easy for me, and I was given excellent advice and guidance. I will always use them in the future.

First contact with Dawson’s was very professional, met Ashley who was friendly and approachable and great knowledge of the local area. I asked many questions which were answered and not pressured to end the meeting, sent all the information as soon as she returned to the office and has kept in constant contact with no pressure. We have been customers of Dawson's (Mumbles) for over 2 years now and I would like Dawson's and particularly their Lettings Team for making our stay a most pleasant one. Jasmine is always available to take our queries on repairs etc, and always keeps us up to date with . James visits us every 3-months to check that the property is in a good state of repair, and is always happy to answer questions during the visit and to report any problems for us, and to follow them up James is most helpful when arranging visits to inspect the property, as we both work and he always manages to fit us in at a time that is convenient . 10 out of 10 for the service from Dawsons

Ashley has been so helpful in finding my new home. She kept in regular contact and updated me on potential properties. Throughout the process she has communicated clearly and been super helpful & friendly. Ashley has made the whole process an absolute joy. Dawsons, Mumbles are the only agency I'd recommend if you are looking for property on the Gower.

I’m so impressed with the way our enquiry was dealt with when we were looking for our house. Ashley who was looking after us was absolutely amazing when dealing with my many questions and nothing seemed to much trouble. She made it out like she knew us every time we called and was always so personable. Highly recommend Ashley and the team!
