I have always found James to be polite, professional and always takes time to listen to any queries I may have. James is very proactive in passing on info to the maintenance team etc.

James Thomas always treats us and our home with respect. He has a professional and friendly manner. When doing the property check he always asks us if everything is alright with the property and that we are happy with it.
