A VERY poor experience. The house was overvalued, the photos were so poor I ended up sending in my own. Communication was TERRIBLE - any offers we made on houses were not even confirmed in writing or via email. One employee who showed us several houses had no idea what was and was not in the conservation area and described an MDF fireplace as original. Another employee bad mouthed me to a seller in an attempt to persuade her to turn down our offer. We terminated our contract with them
