Unhelpful and obstructive when it comes to viewing properties. Despite leaving multiple messages and talking to staff they don't call you back about properties you have enquired about. If they do offer you a viewing there is no flexibility in times. Either take the slot they offer or don't view it. If the property has lots of interest they take the attitude that they are going to get an offer and sell it so don't care if you are interested or not. When it comes to selling a property I would choose an agent based on how they treat you as a buyer. My experience with Oulsnams says they have lost my business.
