Lauren kept me informed all the way through the process of buying the property and she kept in regular contact to ensure I was ok, let alone monitoring the purchase of the home I was buying. She advised appropriately where necessary and reassured me about things when the process seemed slow and uncertain. I did in fact say I wished she had been my agent or even solicitor as she was more helpful than both of them put together. Excellent interpersonal skills- friendly and genuinely seemed to care.
