Nicolas George have been letting out 2 apartments for us for 3 years now - in fact we transferred one apartment to them specifically because the previous letting agent for the apartment (in Kings Heath) were so awful ! We've had nearly 30 years' experience of letting out properties through letting agents in different parts of the UK - and have to say that Nicolas George is the best (with a Cambridge agent coming a close second !). They've always been responsive, efficient, sound in their advice and have fully managed the properties really well - always ensuring that the high standards of accommodation we seek to offer to tenants is delivered ... Feedback from tenants has also been really good - they've all stayed for decent lengths of time, renewing their tenancies, and finding new ones when there is the occasional change has never taken more than 2 weeks ! Cannot recommend them enough - they're a great mix of being professional yet friendly.
