I would 100% recommend Karl Tatler. Although you may think the fees are high... you pay for what you get... that is great service! I am currently nearing the end of my sale and purchase with both properties being managing by KT Moreton branch. From start to where I am now all the staff from Moreton have been amazing, from Max, Lucy, Dan, Becky & Christine. They have always answered all my questions big or small.
