Recent purchase on a property through this company went well, as a purchaser in this case Sarah made regular contact on behalf of the sellers and was always very polite. We were let down on this occasion by our solicitors whose communication was poor, this led to unnecessary delays which we know caused a degree of concern from the sellers. Sarah smoothed the way and we got over the line today. We would recommend Lancastrian Estates but avoid CGM Law of Windermere, they’re too slow!
