Because of the current situation and we are all purchasing more online and paying using electronic payment I needed to deposit some cash. All attempts to call or email my High Street bank proved fruitless, unable to get a response. One call to Virgin made human contact and so helpful, called into Kingston branch this morning and all staff could not have been better, happy too, not something I have seen at Barclays for some time.
