The service is fine when you can get it. I am sick and tired of making the journey into Kingston and finding that they have shut up shop with no warning and will be back on the next day. This keeps happening. If they are short of staff they should say so on the website instead of wasting people's time. Virgin should also consider that the people who prefer to visit the bank tend to be elderly .
