Poor, never an apology or any accountability

My experience of this company was also very poor, extremely disappointing and costly. Property was poorly refurbished and needed further continuing work after leaving ADR Property and their 'management service'. I am concerned (but not at all surprised) at their representatives unprofessional response to a previous review for a number of reasons but I do feel that her lack of respect for Data Protection laws with respect to previous (or probably current) customers is worrying as is the fact that they/she deem it acceptable to let a tenant move in to any property without any form of inventory! In my opinion I would not wish for any tenant to be let into a property of mine, whether furnished or not without full and correct paperwork thus protecting kitchens/bathrooms/carpets/decor/glazings etc. or without providing full deposit prior to actually moving in.. ...failure to do this is a recipe for disaster as seems to have been the case. ADR seem proudly to eschew these basic checks and balances. All in all a really odd company with low standards of business, integrity and accountability in my experience.
