I have been a tenant in a mirfield property for 8 years .whitegates manage the property, their service has been excellent throughout, any problems i have had during my tenancy have been quickly but professionally dealt with in a friendly manner by Demelza Bottomley , Including ending up with no heating one Christmas time ,Demelza got straight onto our landlord who was ecstreamly supportive and getting us up and running again as quickly as possible .Making contact is easy and stress free . A professional and responsive team

I have rented a property from Whitegates in Mirfield for just over a year and have never had any issues at all with them. I have always dealt with Demelza who has been so helpful. Every time i have needed something, she's been at the end of the phone, email or at my apartment. She has been very understanding and always responded quickly. It's a few years late but better late than never. I used Whitegates Mirfield, to assist me with renting and eventually selling my home. The service they gave was above and beyond. I was living abroad at the time which meant I was unable to be on hand to deal with situations as they arose and it was incredibly reassuring to know that Ollie and Chris were taking care of things for me. I could really trust them and they proved time and time again that they had my best interests at heart at all times. They seemed to me to genuinely care about me as a customer and a person. I highly recommend whitegates, they literally took the hassle out of what was for us as a family a difficult sale, property belonging to our late mum. They were really responsive and helpful and liaised on our behalf. Oli was always quick to answer any questions and the office staff were equally as helpful and professional. After not selling a property in decades, things have definitely changed but they guided us through the process well. Thank you to everyone there!!
