I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star. Olly wasted so much of my time. Doesn't return calls - lies and lies and more lies - puts you into a bidding war just like everyone else has experienced by the looks of the other reviews . WHY???? It should be first come, first served NOT START LYING TO EVERYONE INTERESTED AND SEE WHAT ELSE THEY CAN BRING TO THE TABLE- YOU ARE GETTING PAID YOUR FEES IT'S JUST PURE GREED - WHEN IS ENOUGH ACTUALLY ENOUGH. Oliver known to take back handers in the past to get sales. Will make you feel he's your best friend and has your best concerns at heart when you are wanting to buy- usual specialty when you tell him you are keen; he then puts you into a bidding war against other potential buyers and there's no stopping with this guy he will push for more from ALL parties resulting in more commission. We have unfortunately had to buy through this branch and when he had the Dewsbury branch- he was exactly the same. Only lets certain people into certain areas. As soon as a house went up for sale, I rang up for it and Oliver tried putting me off buying the property in Mirfield, saying it has "Structual" damage - even though I knew about it as it was listed as that but regardless I didn't wish to carry out surveys until after the sale as I am an investor and was ready to complete in 10 days as a cash buyer but the same old rubbish from him- likey best friend telling me that "mortgage buyer will get it, let me see what I can do with the seller- but they live abroad etc etc, then when I rang again I was told they had another asking price offer even though I gave that in the previous call and asking if I could up it, same old story bidding war and now the house has sold to whom he wanted to sell to because that's the bottom line- CERTAIN PEOPLE IN CERTAIN AREAS ONLY. YOU WILL NEVER CHANGE- I NOW PASS ON ANYTHING THAT IS LISTED BY WHITEGATES AS MY TIME IS ALSO MONEY AND YOU'VE CLEARLY WASTED A LOT OF OURS AS A FAMILY OVER THE YEARS

BAD ESTATE AGENT - worst one ever selling properties - promising he cant get more than valuation of the property. THIS AGENT IS ONE - who makes buyers go into a bidding war ADVICE ADVERTISE HOUSE AT A correct VALUATION If not - if sellers wants slightly more - then advertise it for that - do not advertise it for low And get customers to bid If you want bidding then send them to AUCTION
