The Senior Lettings Negotiator, Catherine found us the perfect home, in what was a smooth, quick and stress-free process, all of which Catherine handled in her stride, keeping us updated at every step of the way. To this end the communication from Catherine and her colleagues was first rate, making us aware of what was happening and what the next steps would be, and the time-frames that I could expect. All in all a fabulous service which I cannot recommend enough.
