Cannot recommend Northwood enough more to the point a lovely lady called Vasty. I reported a problem and she immediately rang me up taking all the details, she communicated efficiently with me regarding landlords thoughts and feelings (she made effort to not only ring but email me too) and was able to put a plan in action about how to sort the issue within a reasonable time scale. I must also say how lovely she is and really listens and cares, felt so at ease and she has been so professional.
