I moved into a Northwood property in July 2020 and the transition was so smooth and uncomplicated. I dealt with Catherine Wade at first who is the loveliest lady you could ever meet. She showed me around the beautiful property and got things wrapped up really quickly. Any small problems were ironed out and dealt with transparently. I had a couple of maintenance things that needed to be dealt with in the apartment and they were deal with fast and I mean fast much better than my previous letting agency who could not care less. Vasty Ababio is excellent for repairs and maintenance, don't know what I would do without her, any problems ( and there have been very little) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you Northwood for such an excellent service and lovely home you are such a step up from my previous landlords who could not care less.
