Matthew was fantastic beginning to end - very different from your 'average' agent in that there was no hard sell or unrealistic statements - he was honest and clear about prices strategy and market conditions. We sold in a slow market but Matthew kept us informed throughout and we completed on our sale last week. We particularly liked they Matthew continued to manage our sale after we accepted our offer, rather than being passed to a sales progression team that didn't know us our our requirements. BPS sold my property for me, completing Jan 24. The process itself was slightly more complicated due to it being a shared ownership, however I was delighted with the service and value for money I received from the team and I would absolutely recommend BPS to family and friends.

The team keep you well informed of what’s happening by phone or text. The reminders are useful and the out of hours service a refreshing change from Estate agents usual hours! The photographer they use took fab pictures. We have seen some shocking photos on Right Move.
