We instructed Breckon & Brexkon (Headington) after our first agent failed to sell our property. Matthew was fantastic beginning to end - very different from your 'average' agent in that there was no hard sell or unrealistic statements - he was honest and clear about prices strategy and market conditions. We sold in a slow market but Matthew kept us informed throughout and we completed on our sale last week. We particularly liked they Matthew continued to manage our sale after we accepted our offer, rather than being passed to a sales progression team that didn't know us our our requirements.
