We chose Jo to sell our property as she provides a much more flexible service than any other 9-5 office based estate agent could offer and this suited me and my husband who both work full time. We also bought a property through Jo and whilst it wasnt the most simplest sale or buy she made it so much easier when we could contact her at anytime of the day. Whilst we wont be moving again anytime soon if we ever were to move again, I would use Jo again and would recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying!

Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. We sold our property via Manning Stainton in Headingley. They have been excellent from start to finish, giving a realistic valuation which enabled a quick sale. We ended up in a longer chain than we'd have liked and Jenny was very helpful all the way through - following up with our buyers and the estate agents and solicitors in the rest of the chain. Highly recommended and a complete contrast to the agents who were acting on behalf of our vendor and their vendor - we only heard from them 3 times during the whole process and they didn't have a clue what was going on, one didn't even know that we'd agreed a completion date.
