Contacted Payton Jewell Caines as we were interested in buying a house in the Swansea area. Day two of looking, Jade met us to show us their first property. She was very professional, funny, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Every question or concern we had was met with an answer that put us at our ease. Jade explained that the shops/buses/train station were close by. In fact she was amazing..........it was like shopping with your best friend. We fell in love with the house, and she joked well that's it then done. However, she suggested that we could still look at the other two if we wanted..........how sensible. They did not change our minds. She went back to the office and negotiated a price and we had bought a house !!!!!!!! Next day we met two other ladies in their office, they too went above and beyond to complete our paperwork. So if your looking for a "Professional Service with a Smile" look NO FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!

Not only did Jo manage to successfully sell our house, she got the conveyance over the line during the Covid-19 pandemic. Jo also found us a property in the perfect location which was an off-the-market sale.
