In many cases, concerns seem to arise from deposit deductions due to damages, which is a standard and fair process followed by most letting agencies. From my side, everything has always been handled with complete transparency and professionalism. There are no hidden charges, and all terms are clearly explained from the beginning. As long as expectations are met, the process is smooth and straightforward.

It was a pleasure dealing with RMA this week, especially our property manager, Farhan. Our tenants reported a few maintenance issues which, in my experience with other agencies, usually take a long time to resolve.
