Recently sold my house through Michael Anthony Estate Agents and primarily dealt with Henry Swindlehurst. From the get-go Henry was friendly and gave a much better first impression compared to other valuations I had with other agents. For me it was an easy decision to choose them to sell my home. Their rates are competitive (better than other offers I received) and quite frankly I trusted Henry and his team more. Henry is diligent in terms of getting answers and is proactive in pushing the process onwards. My only note of improvement would be regarding weekend opening information. Google implies that the Central MK office is open on Sundays but it is in fact the Bletchley branch. It's great that they are open on weekends and makes for better communication, but the Google listing could be slightly improved here. Thanks Henry and the team for getting my house sold, I'm very grateful! I would use Michael Anthony in the future for any potential house sale/purchase.

Michael Anthony sold my house for me. They were brilliant. Henry went above and beyond to get the sale through. He knew exactly what needed doing was on it daily coordinating all parties to achieve an exchange. Been in the housing market since mid 1980s he is head and shoulders above other agents.
