Matthew was our primary contact but when he wasn't available Ross stepped in very ably and always seemed to be up-to-date with our transaction, so obviously communications in the office are very good. Matthew was extremely helpful throughout, and was always so friendly and cheerful, going the extra mile even after the sale was complete. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.
