Sadly I had an offer accepted by the vendor and told the property would be taken off the market. However instead of viewings being cancelled or other potential buyers being informed property was sold, I have subsequently been gazumped by another purchaser (unsure why the person would not be told that an offer had been accepted). Poor practice in my opinion.
