We purchased our forever family home via Boutique Property Shop which completed last week and throughout the whole process, we felt looked after by Jo. From the minute we arranged the first viewing last year to getting the keys Friday, we never had any problems. Jo went above and beyond for us, she also was so compassionate and caring for our second viewing with bringing our newborn too. Jo’s communication skills are exceptional and went out of her way to contact our seller and his solicitor when we needed more information or trying to hurry our sale.
