This has been our first time ever using an auction process to sell a piece of land. Pattinson have been excellent and totally professional throughout the whole journey. In fact without their interventions with “our legal team” the whole thing would have been a complete nightmare. Special shout out for Molly and her boss who were absolute gems. Our legal team, on the other hand, were at the bottom end of the quality spectrum and I wouldn’t even give them one star. Well done team Pattinson.
