Been working with Pattinson for over 3 years now, its been a game changer for us, Sales are completed in a much quicker process than in private treaty, Advertising the properties still happens through RM, and Zoopla and viewings take place as any private treaty viewing, difference is, You can view on a Monday, make the offer on Tuesday, and 9 out of 10 will exchange by Thursday!, so its a win win situation for both Vendors and Buyers. Also apart from us nominating properties to be put into Auction, they offer us properties within our area's, so has added revenue that we wouldnt have had without working with them. We have been approached by other companies offering a similar product, but we are very happy with Pattinson and shall continue our business relationship with them.
