A Truly Great Estate Agent

I would normally say not to trust any estate agent, however with Mason Kelly Property Consultants I can make an exception. Selling my house with Craig was fantastic. He offered a professional, friendly, one to one service from day one. We were recommended to contact Craig by a friend, so we got him round for a valuation on our house that we wanted to sell. His attitude towards wanting to sell a property is highly enthusiastic, exciting and promising. Following Craig's visit we had two other estate agents round, both from much larger estate agent businesses based in Milton Keynes. They didn't have the personal touch that Craig seemed to add to our house sale. Craig offered a very reasonable fee for selling our house. Within a few weeks we had several viewings, all accompanied by Craig in person at times that were convenient for us, and he had our house sold within 5 weeks of going up for sale. Between the For Sale sign going up to completion day Craig worked hard, communicating throughout all levels of our chain, and went above and beyond what I expected of him to get the answers and results I needed. I strongly recommend Craig at Mason Kelly to sell you're house and to do it well. I wish Mason Kelly all the best for the future and if I sell my house again I'll be calling Craig before anyone else.

Professional, proactive and approachable.

Craig was a pleasure to work with, his professional, proactive and approachable nature made the process seamless and easier than expected. Whilst we eventually decided not to go through with the sale, Craig still remained supportive and understanding. Should we decide to move in the future, we would definitely use Mason Kelly and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Couldn't of asked for a better Service.

Craig at Mason Kelly couldn't of done more to.help myself and my wife sell our flat, he had the flat sold within a week. He spent time selling our flat and goes into detail with potential buyers, not like other agents who quickly show you rooms and your outta there before you know it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and he keeps you up to date with everything that's going on. The service was that good that on the day of completion he met my wife and I for a coffee to collect our keys which was a really nice touch. Other Estate agents you normally have to just go to there office. I highly recommend Mason Kelly to the point I would always use them no matter of the cost cause I know I'll be getting a fantastic service.

From thinking of moving to moved in with no stress within 3 mths

We had a quick chat over a drink with Craig about a potential move in the future. He said why don't we market our house to see what interest and before we knew it, we had our first viewing at a time & date that suited us. With Craig's passion & researched knowledge of our house & area, an offer was place almost at the asking price of which suited us perfectly. He kept us informed & recommended an insurance broker, solicitors & a surveyor. From thinking to doing with little stress...... I now write this review from our new amazing home with a smug grin!
