Sometimes, your queries may be delayed for 1-2 weeks, if you do not have any major issue. - Fair judgment on getting back deposit payment. Happy with it, because well deserved it. House deep cleaned and all carpets professionally cleaned even though I did not get cleaned oven, cleaned carpets. - No issue about getting remaining rent if get out early and new tenants move in. - Not fully happy about final meter readings and taking related actions on time. It is my bad also not taking the photo before handover.
