I completely understand the reasoning behind that, but Knight Edmonds operates differently: you only pay on completion, so if they hadn’t successfully sold my mother’s property I wouldn’t have had to pay for photography for a third time! While the other agents did generate some viewings, I often had to chase them for feedback. Responses were inconsistent and, at times, non-existent. As a seller, constructive feedback is vital to adjust pricing or presentation, and that was sorely lacking. Knight Edmonds, on the other hand, were quick to act, highly communicative, and always kept me informed about their marketing approach. Every viewing was followed up with prompt and detailed feedback — without me ever needing to chase. A special mention goes to their sales progressor, Sandra Goldsmith, who was absolutely fantastic. She was proactive in following up with solicitors and the purchaser, working hard behind the scenes to keep the sale moving and keeping me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Knight Edmonds to anyone looking to sell. They are professional, transparent, and their strong communication made the process so much easier.
