In May 2016, my family and I moved from Cape Town, South Africa to the U.K. For us it was a big, intimidating move in many respects. Happily, we had researched pretty much where we'd wanted to settle beforehand, so it was a case of trawling through the listings. Happily, we contacted Martin & Co as well as other estate agents. From the get-go, we had the strong sense that they wanted to make our transition as smooth as possible. They went out of their way to help us understand the governance issues around the UK housing scene in a clear and simple way. They seemed to sense what our pain-points would be and ensured we were never left wondering what to do next. My personal involvement with Tony, Allison, Kim and and the team has been very rewarding.
