Lion Estates have been phenomenal in selling our house in Milton Keynes. I was clearly sceptical and had my own doubts as we struggled with 2 other estate agents to sell our house in the first place. But after wasting unsuccessful few months, I decided to give them a go. Right from the time I spoke to Lydia on the call, I got a very positive vibe and after just one meeting, they were on the go in a week. Despite having her own wedding in a matter of couple of days, Sara was extremely kind enough to get the best pictures of the house and highlight it in the best of light. The two ladies completely took over and got such great pictures and they had a great sense of what the buyer is actually looking for. This is an extremely crucial step which stood out from the other agents. There was no delay whatsoever in marketing the house asap and the communication was so good that I didn't have to chase them once(was complete opposite with both the other agents). Lydia got 3 views within a week of the house going on the market and one of these buyers actually bought the house(although had few more after that)! I couldn't believe how quickly they sold after us being on the market for nearly 3 months with other agents. Lydia also got the best offer for us! Her energy, attention to detail and positivity are simply great. She recommended to us few small changes that would help the house look better which we gladly did and it really helped. The marketing strategy and communication of Lion Estates is second to none and they are extremely efficient and actually want to sell the house like they own it unlike others out there. The sales progression by Gemma in the beginning followed by Elliott was great and we couldn't have completed within the crunch period we were in, without him. The solicitors were very slow and it was Elliott who actually got them going and got the completion on time. He would even respond to emails on weekends to calm our nerves and was always available to guide us in the right way. He represented us as sellers so well when the buyer's solicitors(and to an extent, our solicitors too!) were actually giving us such a tough time. From my experience from previous two high street agents, forget the actual job they need to do, they don't even care to listen and respond to our concerns. However, it was complete opposite with Lion as Lydia and Elliott actually listened and noted every single detail about the house and our concerns and addressed it very honestly which is really appreciated. If you are looking to buy or sell with Lion Estates, it is a no-brainer as they are the best! I would like to thank their whole team for unwavering commitment and support and great job overall !!
