The solicitors Mason, Sara and Ayesha were hands on in answering any of my queries, extremely knowledgeable about the process and my sale went through smoothly. Now coming to the marketing of my house; I was lucky to have Sharon Nasir-Woods as my sales representative. She is such a keen promoter of the sale of the property. Sharon is very hands on and goes way beyond any high street estate agency does for their clients. She takes interest in every aspect of the sales and has so much enthusiasm for the sale to go through. When it came to showcasing the house; she makes sure that it is done to the best and even goes so far as to arrange the furniture and move it back so that the client is not inconvenienced. I have never known an estate agent going so far to do so much for the sale of their house. She is ready to work on a Sunday and late in the evening for the buyers. Another aspect is that Sharon has wide contacts and is able to help in anyway if required to put things right for the buyer's surveyor's report and my house sale went through without a hitch due to Sharon's help in this matter. She supervises the builder's work if brought in by her and is hands on to inspect it later on. I know of no other estate agent who cares so much for their clients. Her caring nature and warmth certainly comes through when she promises to sell your house for the best asking price. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon who is an independent estate agent linked to Lion Estates.
