We initially met Lydia as buyers, and found her approach to marketing and selling a property to prospective buyers to be far more engaging than other agents. She showed a genuine interest in our requirements and had obviously taken the time to be familiar with the properties offered. After a long period of little interest in our own property for sale with another agent, we also engaged Lydia for our sale and had an immediate pick up in interest and viewings. We were confident from our own experience that Lydia was able to show the potential of the property in the best possible light. Once we had agreed both our sale and purchase through Lydia we also found the house move progression at Lion Estates to be excellent - Gemma Jacobs was very attentive in chasing solicitors and other parties for progression and updates. Overall, I can throughly recommended Lion Estates and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
