He had great knowledge about the local area and amenities. The buying process was done as quick as possible through constant communication by our sales progressor Gemma Jacobs. She kept everyone in loop and gave us weekly updates after contacting both parties solicitors which was extremely helpful and relieved some of the pressure of us.
