Brilliant people who have done there very best to provide a professional service. Unfortunately in my situation we ended up accepting an offer from a con artist. On the week that we were due to exchange the buyer decided to look for different ways to save money. He was demanding that we paid for years worth of management payments before exchanging. He also decided to do a last minute survey in an attempt save money. He recognised that the chain was waiting for him so he tried to use this to his advantage. Ironically he’s left a 1 star review because he couldn’t get his own way, despite everyone doing their best to try make it work. From start to finish, Richie and Gemma have been completely professional and have done their very best to provide daily updates for me and my family. Our move is still happening without the con man, and I will leave my house, to be sold again, with Lion!
