Very rude on the phone, I asked for a viewing of a property, I have a very young sounding voice, lady kept asking me personal questions such as my age and totally declined for me to have a viewing of a property which shows on Rightmove as ‘pets accepted’ she told me that the property isn’t pet accepted and promptly said goodbye and ended the call. Absolutely disgusting. Should have looked at your reviews before calling anyway. Obviously not very popular choice.

Thank you for your review, Kimatheeey. We take all feedback seriously and we have looked into this query. There was an error on our advert for the property you called up to book a viewing on which meant it did show up as "Pets Accepted". Unfortunately at the time, this was not the case. We currently do not have any other 1 bedroom properties that accepts pets that we could offer you. I am sorry you felt the call handler was rude but this was certainly not the case. I hope this clears up the issue.
