A rare find... an Estate Agent who was true to his word - and sold my Property as planned.

I chose Jatin / Martyn Gerrard to sell my property as he showed the most confidence and enthusiasm for selling my property at the price I wanted. The Viewing process started almost immediately and we had 7 potential Buyers to view within the first week. On the 8th day Jatin called to tell me he had an offer and responsible for the negotiating to raise the offer to a price I considered acceptable. We then had a slow and hesitant Buyer take weeks and weeks to go through the Sales process. Jatin was instrumental in the hand holding of the Buyer and liaising with both Solicitors to ensure the Sale went through smoothly. I exchanged a few weeks later than expected and Jatin remained professional, knowledgable and personable throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to all.
